We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines the shipping options and estimated delivery times for your purchases.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after they are placed. This time-frame may vary depending on the availability of items and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the price of your order, the shipping method you select, and your delivery location. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before you finalise your purchase.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the item being purchased, the complete order price and the delivery location. These promotions will be clearly indicated on the product pages and at checkout.
International Shipping and Out of State Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping and shipping outside of New South Wales. However, we are constantly evaluating our options and may expand our shipping services in the future.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS with an approximate time of delivery.
Deliveries
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If the address is corrected within the same day, there will be an additional delivery charge for delivery. Otherwise, we will not refund any payment. If you wish to send the order again it will be at full expense. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
Cancellations
Full refund will be processed if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the delivery date.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@ lesfleursdamour.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
